General Information
DDC offers classes during the academic year for a 34 class season. Tuition is billed for the 34 class year in 10 monthly installments, August (or at registration) through May.
We hope that all our students will remain with us for the full year, but those who wish may withdraw by providing written notice 4 week before their final class.

Registration
Delaware Dance Company utilizes JackRabbit software. When you begin the registration process, you may choose to enroll students in classes or simply register an account and return through the JackRabbit Parent Portal to register. If you are unsure of which classes to choose, please contact the office by email.
Once your registration and class choices are received, they will be reviewed and you will be contacted if changes are suggested or required. If everything is okay, you will be invoiced for the first tuition installment and sent a copy of each students’s schedule.
JackRabbit allows integrated credit card payment. At registration you must choose “Self-Pay” or “Auto Process”. If you choose “Auto-Process” you must link credit card information to your account and you are permitting DDC to automatically charge the linked card on the dates specified.
Teens and adults who wish to attend classes on a Class Card may do so. Please register through the Online access and enroll in the class(es) that you plan to attend. Please add a note or email to notify that you wish to purchase a Class Card. Any automatic charges will be credited and you will be invoiced for a Class Card.

Schedule of 2023-2024 Classes
Tuition and Fees
Tuition and Fees for 2023-2024 have increase slightly over last year. DDC understands that many families are still in economic recovery from hardships caused by the pandemic. If DDC’s fees are out of reach for your family, please see the Financial Aid Information below.
DDC charges an annual registration fee. The fee is $40 for families with one dancer, $65 for two dancers and an additional $15 each for the third and fourth dancer. Tuition is based on a 34 class dance year and charged in 10 monthly installments, one due at registration and one due each month September through May.
Tuition is charged by total hours enrolled per week for all children in a family. (See chart below.) Parents are not included in the family hours but are offered 25% off tuition for any hours in which they enroll. Parents may also purchase a Class Card for 10 hours of dance for a special price of $150.
Teens and adults who are interested in Teen / Adult classes may either register and enroll for the desired class or may purchase a Class Card for 10 hours of dance for $200. Please add a note to the registration or contact ddcoffice@verizon.net if you wish to purchase a Class Card.
Dancers who join after the second week of the dance year will have their tuition pro-rated for the remaining weeks of the year.
Dress Code
DDC has teamed with Eurotard to assist with Dress Code shopping. Dancers may choose dancewear from any vendor. Eurotard is just a suggestion and DDC does receive support from Eurotard. Items purchased through the Dress Code Solutions link may be picked up at one of the dancewear stores listed or shipped directly to your home.
