Delaware Dance Company
Tuition Structure
Tuition is based on a 34-class academic year
Tuition is billed in 10 monthly installments
One installment due at registration (or August)
Remaining installments billed September through May
Students who enroll after the second week of the dance year will have tuition pro-rated for the remaining weeks
Annual Registration Fees
An annual registration fee is required for all new and returning students:
$40 for families with one dancer
$65 for families with two dancers
$15 for each additional dancer (third and fourth)
How Tuition Is Calculated
Tuition is calculated based on the total number of hours enrolled per week for all children in a family
Parents are not included in family hours
Parents receive 25% off tuition for any classes in which they enroll
Registration & Billing System
Delaware Dance Company utilizes JackRabbit for registration, scheduling, and billing.
Families may:
Enroll students in classes immediately, or
Create an account and return later through the JackRabbit Parent Portal
If you are unsure which classes to select, please contact the DDC office before completing registration.
Once your registration and class selections are received:
Submissions are reviewed by DDC staff
Families will be contacted if changes are suggested or required
If approved, families will receive an invoice for the first tuition installment and a copy of each student’s schedule
Automatic Payments & Payment Methods
Automatic monthly tuition payments are required for all JackRabbit accounts.
Families must link either:
A checking account (ACH/direct debit), or
A credit card
Credit Card Surcharge
A surcharge applies to credit card transactions. Families are encouraged to use ACH/direct debit to avoid additional fees.
This change allows DDC to manage rising operational costs while continuing to keep tuition as reasonable as possible for our community.
Teen & Adult Tuition Options
Teens and adults may choose one of the following options:
Monthly Enrollment
Students may register and enroll in their desired Teen/Adult class and pay monthly tuition.
Class Cards
Teen/Adult Class Card: 10 classes for $200
Parent Class Card: 10 classes for $150
To purchase a Class Card:
Register online and enroll in the class(es) you plan to attend
Add a note during registration or email office@delawaredancecompany.org
Any automatic tuition charges will be credited, and you will be invoiced for the Class Card.
Financial Assistance
Delaware Dance Company offers financial assistance for all programs to families with demonstrated need.
